Returns Overview
At Resparked, we strive to make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free. This policy applies to all customers worldwide. Please review the relevant section below depending on whether you are initiating a US domestic or international return.
US Returns (via Loop Returns)
📦 How to Start Your Return
We've streamlined our US returns process for speed and convenience via Loop Returns. Visit our portal at returns.resparked.com and follow these steps:
- Enter your Order Number and the email used during purchase.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
- Acknowledge that a 7% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Download and print your pre-paid return label.
Please note: Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all return requirements.
International Returns
🌍 International Return Process
Loop Returns is currently not available for international orders due to customs and shipping restrictions.
To initiate an international return, email us at support@resparked.com to receive a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to EU Directive 2023/2673 (amending Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU)
🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union or the EFTA markets (Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
This right applies in addition to your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
📋 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. Once your request is received, we will email you clear instructions on how to proceed with the return.
⚠️ Withdrawal requests submitted after the 14-day period has expired cannot be processed.

Return Requirements
All returns must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
⏱️ Time Limits
- Items are eligible for return within 60 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Any issues with delivery or condition upon arrival (damage, not received, missing items) must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will be declined.
📋 Condition & Documentation
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original, undamaged packaging, tags, and parts.
- Clear photos or video documenting the item's condition must be submitted with every return request.
- All returns must be initiated and approved through our official process. Items sent back without prior approval will be considered unauthorized and will not be processed.
🪡 Leather Products
Leather products are accepted for return only if the item remains in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Once a project has been started — including cutting, stitching, gluing, marking, tooling, dyeing, or altering the material in any way — the item is no longer eligible for return.
🎁 Special Offers & Bundles
Orders placed under promotions or bundle deals (including Buy One Get One, Buy Two Get One Free, or similar offers) must be returned in full. Partial returns or refund requests for individual items within a bundle will not be allowed.
⚠️ In these cases, refunds will be declined and the item will not be accepted for inspection or processing.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these return terms and conditions.

📌 Additional Notes
- Original shipping costs paid on the order are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds are not provided for shipping delays unless they fall outside our delivery guarantee.
Non-Returnable Items
🚫 The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products (eBooks): All sales are final. Each product page includes clear and detailed descriptions — please review them carefully before purchasing.
- Gift cards: Non-returnable under any circumstances.
- Subscription products: Physical kits and digital experiences included in a subscription are generally non-refundable. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or a fulfillment error, please contact support@resparked.com within 48 hours of delivery for review.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after a returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all eligibility requirements.
🔍 Inspection & Approval Process
- Once we receive your return, we'll send you a confirmation email.
- Our warehouse team will conduct a full inspection of the product.
- The final refund amount will only be confirmed and issued after the product has been approved by our inspection team.
- If the returned product does not meet return requirements (damaged, used, incomplete), the return will be denied and any costs for returning a non-qualifying product will be the customer's responsibility.
- In some cases, we may offer a partial refund.
💳 Refund Timing & Method
- Once approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. This cannot be changed.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account due to bank processing times beyond our control.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn't appeared within 3–5 business days, follow these steps before contacting us:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time for the refund to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank directly, as processing times can vary.
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@resparked.com.
Unauthorized Resellers

We can only guarantee the quality of Resparked products purchased directly through our official channels: our website and our authorized Amazon store.
Our Amazon store is currently available in the USA and Canada, listed under "Resparked." Purchasing from unauthorized sellers risks receiving counterfeit or low-quality items, and you may lose access to customer support and warranty coverage.
