Q2: Can I engrave both the glass and bamboo parts of the Photo Frame?

Q1: What’s included in the mug kit and can I personalize them?
You’ll receive two black enamel camping mugs with a stainless steel edge, ready to be personalized using the included 7mm white marker and “Adventure Awaits” stencil. You can even gift the second mug or engrave them with a friend for double the fun!
Q2: How do I remove the marker and what if I want to practice first?
To refresh your design, simply wipe the marker off with alcohol. We’ve also included an aluminum practice piece so you can perfect your techniques before engraving the mugs.

Please contact us at support@resparked.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include a picture or video of the damaged item. We’ll take care of it and make things right!
