Processing Times

Our Shipping Guarantee
🛡️ 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We guarantee that your order will arrive within 60 days of shipment, or you'll receive a full refund. The 60-day window starts from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase. Refund applies to the product price only — original shipping costs are non-refundable.
⚠️ This Guarantee Does Not Apply To:
- Used, altered, or worked leather products — any item that has been cut, stitched, glued, dyed, tooled, or modified in any way is not eligible.
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence — the guarantee covers non-delivery, not damage resulting from improper handling or use.
- Customs-related delays — if your package was held by customs, the 60-day clock still runs from the original shipment date. We recommend factoring in customs processing time for your country.
- Packages confirmed as delivered — if your tracking shows a confirmed delivery, the guarantee is considered fulfilled. Stolen packages after delivery are not covered.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses — if a package was undeliverable due to address errors provided at checkout, the guarantee does not apply. A reshipment fee will be required.
- Subscription products — physical kits and digital experiences included in a subscription are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Digital products and gift cards — all sales are final for eBooks and gift cards.

Orders can be submitted at any time, but will not be processed or shipped on the following dates:

📭 What to Do
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and any safe-drop locations.
- Wait 2 additional business days — carrier delivery scans can sometimes be premature.
- Notify us within 15 days of the listed delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Since we use a third-party delivery service, occasional scan discrepancies can occur. We take these cases seriously and will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Stolen Packages Disclaimer
🔒 Porch Theft
Resparked is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend:
- Closely monitoring your tracking information near the estimated delivery date.
- Retrieving deliveries promptly.
- Using a secure delivery location or requesting a signature requirement where possible.
In the event of theft, please report the incident to local authorities and your postal service. Resparked cannot be held liable for any loss or theft that occurs after confirmed delivery.
Item Not Received
📬 Didn't Receive Your Order Within 60 Days?
If your order does not arrive within 60 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund of the product price. To submit a claim, contact us at support@resparked.com with your order number before the 60-day window expires.
⚠️ This Claim Does Not Apply When:
- The claim is submitted after 60 days — requests made after the guarantee window has expired will not be accepted, no exceptions.
- Tracking shows "Delivered" — if the carrier has confirmed delivery, this is not an Item Not Received case. Please refer to our Undelivered Order section instead.
- The address provided was incorrect or incomplete — if the package was undeliverable due to errors in the shipping information entered at checkout, the guarantee does not apply. A reshipment fee will be required.
- The package was refused at customs by the recipient — if import duties were declined and the package was returned or destroyed, Resparked is not liable for the loss.
- No order number is provided — we are unable to open a carrier investigation without a valid order number. Please have it ready when contacting us.
- Delays caused by customs or carrier issues — these are beyond our control and do not extend the 60-day guarantee window.
Missing Item Policy
📋 If an Item Is Missing From Your Order
- Contact us within 20 days of the delivery date.
- Provide your order number and, if possible, a photo showing what was received.
- Some orders are subject to weight restrictions and may ship in multiple packages — your missing item may arrive separately.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. Once a package leaves our warehouse, Resparked is not responsible for errors or omissions, but we'll always do our best to make it right.
Reshipment Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including:
- Full address, City / Neighborhood
- Province / State (if applicable)
- Apartment / House / Suite number
- Zip / Postal code
- Recipient's full name
🔄 When a Reshipment Is Required
- If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, or the recipient fails to collect the package, a reshipment fee will apply.
- If the address is incorrect and the item is destroyed at the post office, we'll offer reshipment with a 40% discount on the total price, subject to product availability.
- If you ship to an office or third-party address, Resparked cannot be held responsible for issues related to package acceptance or return at that location.
International Shipping — Customs, Duties & Taxes
🌍 For Orders Outside the United States
Your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees levied by the destination country. These charges are outside of our control and the recipient is responsible for covering them upon delivery.
Customs policies and fees vary by country — we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Resparked covers all import fees for orders shipped to the following countries (not applicable for orders valued above €500):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Norway, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.
For orders within the United States, we cover all import fees at all order values.
🇮🇳 India — Import Duties
Import duties for India are typically 20% of the declared value of the shipment, determined by local customs authorities and payable by the recipient upon delivery.
International orders may also be subject to VAT and other customs fees upon delivery. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Early Cancellations
❌ Cancellation Windows
- US customers: Cancellations must be requested within 30 minutes of completing the order.
- International customers: Cancellations are accepted within 1 business day of placing the order.
- After these windows, orders cannot be cancelled. For US customers, a free return will be available once the package is delivered.
When an order is cancelled, a full refund is issued immediately. Banks may take up to 5 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
Order Modifications

- US customers: Modifications must be requested within 30 minutes of completing the order.
- International customers: Modifications are accepted within 1 business day of placing the order.
- After these windows, modifications are not allowed. For US customers, a free return will be available once the package is delivered.
If an item is removed from an order, a refund for that item is processed immediately. Banks may take up to 5 business days to reflect the refund.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to a purchase from Resparked shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) following its rules, rather than through court proceedings.
Limitation of Liability
Resparked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — arising from your purchase. In any case, Resparked's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the individual product that is the subject of the claim.
Product Descriptions
While Resparked strives to provide accurate product information, we do not guarantee that all descriptions or content on our website are error-free. If a product does not match its description, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Force Majeure
Resparked shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, strike, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine, lockdown, labor dispute, or any other extraordinary circumstance outside our reasonable control.
