Warranty Policy — Customizer

🛡️ 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Resparked Customizer is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal use of the product.
  • Issues that arise under normal and intended use conditions within the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Tampering, accidents, abuse, or negligence
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
  • Use of unapproved attachments or accessories
  • Any cause unrelated to defects in materials or workmanship

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our Customer Service team with a description of the issue. An agent will review your case under the guidelines of our policies. Our goal is to understand your situation and find a solution within our terms.

Warranty Policy — Leather Products

🛡️ 60-Day Limited Warranty

All Resparked leather products are covered for 60 days from the date of delivery for quality defects. This warranty applies only to manufacturing issues that affect the normal and intended use of the product.

Please inspect your leather thoroughly upon delivery and before starting any work. Leather is a natural material — variations in texture, grain, color, small marks, or minor irregularities are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in the leather that affect the normal and intended use of the product.
  • Quality issues present in the leather as delivered, before any customer handling or project work begins.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Natural characteristics — texture variation, grain patterns, color variation, small marks, or minor irregularities inherent to genuine leather
  • Normal wear and tear — aging, patina, scratches, stains, or color fading from sunlight or everyday use
  • Customer assembly or project work — any issue resulting from stitching, material handling, tool use, cutting, gluing, marking, tooling, dyeing, or any other project-related activity
  • Improper care — damage caused by moisture, impacts, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Third-party repairs or modifications — any repair attempt, alteration, or intervention performed by anyone other than Resparked

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our Customer Service team with photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review your case within the scope of these policies and work to find the best solution available.

Damaged Goods

While we take every measure to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition, damage during transit can occasionally occur. This policy applies to all Resparked products.

⚠️ Report Damage Within 20 Days

Any damage must be reported to our Customer Service team within 20 days of the delivery date. Your report must include:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A photo of the shipping label

Failure to report within this window will result in forfeiture of any claim to the carrier, and Resparked will not be able to accept liability for the damage.
