Warranty Policy Customizer  

Your Resparked Customizer product is warranted against defective material or workmanship for 1 (one) year from the delivery date.

By purchasing our Customizer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Damage to the product resulting from tampering, accident, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs or alterations, unapproved attachments, or other causes unrelated to problems with material or workmanship is not covered by this warranty. Any attempt to modify, repair, or alter the product in any way will not be recognized under this warranty. Resparked unequivocally reserves the right to reject any warranty claims that are attributable to misuse, mishandling, or ill-treatment of the product.

All decisions made by Resparked in this respect will be final and binding. By purchasing our product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

We stress warranty compliance, but welcome contact with our Customer Service team. An agent will review the case, always under the guidelines of our Policies. Our goal is to understand your situation and explore solutions within our terms.

While we aim to address replacement requests as a matter of priority, it must be clearly understood that the fulfillment of such requests is subject to product availability. No guarantee can be made that a replacement will be immediately available when requested.

It is explicitly stated that Resparked bears no responsibility for the reimbursement of any labor costs, project delays, or other incidental or consequential damages that may occur due to the receipt of defective goods. Any risks associated with such potential costs or delays are to be borne by the customer. By purchasing our products, you accept these terms in their entirety.

Damaged Goods

While we undertake every measure to ensure our products, particularly our best-seller "Customizer", reach you in impeccable condition, damage during transit can occasionally occur.

We stipulate that any damage to the product be reported to our Customer Service within a 20-day window from the time of delivery. The report should include a picture of the damaged item, its packaging, and its label.

Failure to comply with this reporting timeframe will result in forfeiture of any claim to the carrier, and consequently, Resparked will not accept any liability for the damages.


Warranty Policy Leather

Your Resparked leather product is covered for 60 days from delivery for quality defects. This warranty applies only to manufacturing issues that affect the normal and intended use of the product.

Leather is a natural material, and variations in texture, grain, color, small marks, or minor irregularities are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

The warranty does not cover any issue resulting from the customer’s assembly process, including stitching techniques, material handling, or tool use. It also excludes:

• Normal wear and tear (such as leather aging, patina, scratches, stains, or color fading caused by sunlight or everyday use)

 • Damage caused by improper care, moisture, impacts, or exposure to extreme conditions

 • Accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations

 • Any repair attempts, modifications, or interventions performed by third parties.

Any attempt to modify, repair, or alter the product voids this warranty. Resparked may refuse claims that result from misuse, mishandling, or circumstances unrelated to manufacturing defects. All warranty evaluations made by Resparked will be final.

While replacement requests are treated as a priority, fulfillment depends on product availability and cannot be guaranteed immediately.

Resparked is not responsible for labor costs, project delays, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from defective goods. These risks are assumed by the customer. By purchasing our leather products, you accept these terms in full.
