Founder Story

Resparked was founded by their current CEO, Santiago, in 2021 during the pandemic. In his own words, Santiago aimed to create something creative and usable for everyone. Santiago’s grandfather was a goldsmith, and his father continued the family business, so he grew up surrounded by machinery and craftsmanship, which is what gave him the skills he needed later in life. 

The original idea of Resparked’s engraving pen surfaced due to a goldsmith struggling with engraving. He found that traditional engraving machines were large and expensive. Santiago found an early version of a customizer-style tool and decided he wanted to improve the concept to create something that would make engraving easy and accessible.

Originally, the business was called Cuilau, which is a word used in Argentina that immediately signals where someone is from. While it was meaningful and tied to Santiago’s roots, by 2023 the business had grown enough that pronunciation issues were causing brand recognition challenges. Because of this, the brand became known as Resparked.

Returns and Refunds

Resparked accepts returns and refunds from customers. They aim to make returns simple, fair, and hassle-free for customers worldwide. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet all the following return requirements:

• Items are eligible for return within 60 days of delivery, and returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

• Any issues with delivery or condition upon arrival (damage, not received, missing items) must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, including all original, undamaged packaging, tags, and parts.

• Customers must submit clear photos or video documenting the item's condition with every return request.
